EMERGENCY & CRISIS RESOURCES
911
In the event of a physical or psychological emergency please dial 911.
If you are in San Diego County and experiencing a psychological emergency ask for the psychological emergency response team (PERT).
This triggers the dispatch agent that this is a psychological emergency, not a medical one, and a mental health professional should come with the police to assess the present situation and level of need.
This facility provides walk-in services Monday through Friday from 4pm-8pm for safety assessments for patients experiencing suicidal thoughts, homicidal thoughts, or self-harming behaviors.
